As a queer, male-identifying coach, Brendon is  particularly attuned to supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community navigate the complexities of career, change, and life. That said, he works with clients of all backgrounds.

Brendon has deep experience in Learning + Development. He is the current Head of Learning + Development for the fintech firm, Affirm, and previously was manager of Leadership + Development for PInterest and Learning Experience and Talent Design for Airbnb. He coaches you the person instead of just a specific problem. While he will work with a presenting issue or dynamic that you’ll bring, he ultimately focuses on developing an ever-deepening connection to who you are at your core. By coaching you, the holistic person, he invites you into a deeper way of being that is authentic to who you are, and offers practices that support how you express this presence in your life.
