Summary of experience 

As a talent development leader with global technology companies, including DocuSign, Meta, and Dolby Laboratories, Alison has spent the last 15+ years working with leaders and teams to accelerate their impact and designing organizational programs that fuel individual growth, healthy cultures, and business success. 

Whether she is facilitating a high-energy workshop, coaching a team, or thinking through a people challenge, Alison is known for her collaborative, creative, and authentic approach. She is a dynamic facilitator who leverages research, humor, and empathy to create engaging and practical learning experiences that seed new perspectives. As a coach, Alison brings a warm and direct style coupled with a deep understanding of organizational and human dynamics. She is passionate about helping clients clarify strengths and values, transform limiting beliefs and behaviors, and experience greater agency and impact in all areas of life. 

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Alison is a graduate of Stanford University. Outside of work, she enjoys nature and travel, consuming all things Enneagram- and psychology-related, and supporting animal welfare.
